There were some &#8216;miscommunication&#8217; between the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture and Sabah&#8217;s Minister of Tourism, Culture and Environment about MM2H some time back. For the sake of Sabah&#8217;s MM2H programme, I think it&#8217;s best to let the state handle it themselves as they are nearer to the ground.
