I think this topic will be hot for a while since today is the first day the VEP finally started (yes, it was not implemented for a very long time) and as per reported, there are over 90,000 cars registered for it with even more in the coming days since people will usually only worry about the need for the VEP when they need it. Can people still drive in today if they do not have the VEP then?
